2010 Edublog Awards

OK, I might be a little late but I recently stumbled across the 2010 Edublog awards and was reminded of how inspiring it can be to browse the winning- and nominated sites. If you are not familiar with Edublogs or the annual Edublog awards, it might be something you'd like to dip into.

Celebrating Blogging and Social Media in Education.

I have to agree with these statements I found on their site:

The best aspects [of the awards] include that it creates a fabulous resource for educators to use for ideas on how social media is used in different contexts, with a range of different learners.

It introduces us all to new sites that we might not have found if not for the awards process.

And it doesn't just feature blogs. As you can see, the categories cover a wide variety of social media from audio to wikis.
